You’ll have a private back lanai with a screened-in pool, sun loungers, and outdoor dining. (*Pool heating is available from November to the end of April)Inside is an open-plan living space with a sofa/TV area, kitchen and dining, all in view for relaxing downtime moments between adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals at home. There are four comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests. Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom, has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a plush queen bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a bunk bed (double bottom, twin top) and a single trundle pullout bed.Additional conveniences include a laundry room with a washer and dryer and good WiFi throughout the home for the remote worker or student. Plus, Encantada Resort offers multiple pools, a gym, a jogging trail around the lake, a children’s play area, a billiards room, and the on-site Romy’s café/bar. It includes paper towels, dish sponges, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, one roll of toilet paper per toilet, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom.- Pool Heating is $50/day, must be purchased for the total length of stay, and must be requested 7 days before check-in.- BBQ grill rental available for an additional fee. Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.- It’s a two-story townhome, so guests need to climb stairs to reach the upper level.- No smoking of any kind inside the home!
