Santa Barbara offers a wealth of cultural and athletic activities from kayaking, windsurfing, whale watching, fishing, biking, golf to local theater, museums and cultural events.Please be advised that this property is to be used only for the guests on contract and we do not permit large gatherings or more than four cars at any time at the property.The pool is typically heated to a comfortable temperature by a rooftop solar heating system May to November (70-85 degrees). Heating the pool with gas in the winter or shoulder seasons can be arranged with a $100 a day additional fee arranged in advance, not needed in summer. The jacuzzi is heated on demand and is provided with booking.There is an electrical plug for plugging in an electric car in the carport. Please notify us if you wish to do this in advance.
