This cozy house offers a large outdoor area with a pool, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and is perfect for 4 guests!**Most pets are accepted, contact us!**The living room is comfortable with its couch and meridian, colored carpet, cable and smart TV. The dining area features a dining table with 6 chairs, perfect for your meals.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need: microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, French oven. There’s also a work area with a desk.You can access the screened lanai from the kitchen, it offers a nice relaxing area with a coffee table and couch. The laundry room includes washer and dryer.The master bedroom features a very nice king size bed, wooden floors with a carpet, night stands, a nice windows and a TV. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds (twin size), and 2 closets.The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet.You will love the large backyard with its outdoor furniture and its private pool (not heated). perfect for a relaxing vacation! The outdoor shower will be perfect after a day at the pool.Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the house. (do not park on the street).Faubel is a quiet and residential street with wildlife and vegetation. Several beach chairs and an umbrella are free to use for the beach.There are 2 grills outside that you can use: 1 propane grill and charcoal grillThis house is at the perfect location: it’s a 5 min drive to the voted #1 beach in the USA: Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy the “Village” with its restaurants, bars and boutiques. It’s a 10 min drive from downtown Sarasota, 20 min drive to St Armands Cir and Lido Beach.You can rent bikes on Siesta Key and you won’t have to drive again during your stay!**Your perfect vacation awaits**House rules:**NOT A PARTY house, please be mindful of residents****Most pets are accepted, contact us!****NON SMOKING**** Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
