Any evidence of sneaking pets/animals inside the house or smoking/vaping inside the house or in the lanai area by the pool will be charged extra in addition to forfeiture of the damage depositIMPORTANT! There are strict rules in place regarding occupancy of the house, parties at the property, and damage. A rental agreement acceptance is mandatory upon reservation confirmation.Doorbell Camera: Doorbell cameras and cameras by pool equipment by the side of the house in place for the safety of our guestsParking: No more than 3 cars are allowed at the villa. If you are bringing in RV or other large vehicles, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.Access: The front door has an electronic lock. Door code will be set to your preferred number and will be used during your stay.Trash: We have valet trash pick up every day except for major national holidays.Pool Heat: Pool heat is provided for a nominal fee. Pool pump is on from 10am to 9pm.Supplies: This is a self catering villa, we start you out with a small quantity of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. Guests are responsible for supplementing these with their own supplies. WalMart and Publix stores are nearby in 1 – 3 miles.Resort Amenities: Clubhouse facilities are free to use for guests residing at the property. Wristbands should be collected at the clubhouse to use the facilities, maximum 12 wristbands are allowed for each reservation.Your family won’t be disappointed here.
