The Place is a stunning, modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom one-story home-away-from-home located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood 15 minutes from Disney.The home boasts a quarter-acre corner lot with a big fenced-in back yard and screened pool deck. Gorgeous views of the Florida sunset can be enjoyed from the deck. A perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind.Within a short walk, the community has beautiful lake-side benches, where you can take in the views and even throw out a fishing line.5 minutes from Publix grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and golf. Short distances from Disney, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park, Universal, SeaWorld, and more!The two primary bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The first showcases a Mobility Accessible heated Safe-Step Walk-In Therapy Tub with water jets, air jets, and lights. The queen bed sits on an adjustable base with views of and a sliding glass door to the pool. The second features an oversized-garden tub and spacious vanity area, also with pool access.Open kitchen/living room/dining room with coffee nook. Smart TVs in each of the 4 bedrooms and living room. Ceiling fans/lights with remotes.Chic decor poses perfect opportunities for that perfect vacation photo.Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
