The minimum activation is $175 which includes up to 5 days of heating, add $35 for additional days. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?9 am – 9 pm daily.- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?5 am – 12 am daily.The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
