Beautiful and spacious 3500 sq ft two story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located near the Boulders in North Scottsdale. This property has stunning desert landscape for a true Arizona getaway! With no neighbors right behind you, you will have plenty of privacy and will truly be able to take in the breathtaking landscape and wildlife.Sit back and enjoy the mountain and city light views private pool, spa, outdoor fire-pit and side yard with grass area and sand-pit for children to play in. The back yard also has an outdoor dining table, four chaise lounges and a bbq gas grill.When you first walk in there is a large theatre/TV room and then a separate living room with flatscreen TV. With the two separate TV rooms it works out well for large families that need more space. The master bedroom suite has a flatscreen tv, large master bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub and its own private rooftop patio entrance with stunning views. This property is located close to hiking trails and some of the best golf in Scottsdale. Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues.Scottsdale License #2022742.
