Welcome to Riverland Lodge! This cozy two-bedroom, one bath riverfront vacation home northwest of Lake Michigan is newly remodeled and is ready for you to relax and enjoy the serenity of nature.Let Riverland Lodge be your launching pad for spring and summer events whether a long, meandering trip or just short driving tours, are a great way to experience the beauty of Upper Michigan. With scenic views of the 1,000-foot private riverfront, Riverland Lodge sets on five wooded acres with no surrounding neighbors, so you can take in all the sights, sounds and smells of the great outdoors. Frequent sightings of deer (bucks), raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks, porcupines, ducks, and a variety of wild birds will complete your rustic retreat. We haven’t had any bear or moose sightings, but nature can always surprise us!The home’s wrap-around porch is just a stone’s throw from the riverbank, giving you the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. A gas grill and outdoor furnishings allow you to spend time outdoors throughout your stay, and if you’re interested in hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, or off-roading, this home is perfect for your family to enjoy a much-needed vacation.Only ten minutes from Escanaba, Island Resort & Casino, and Ludington Park, this home’s large lot makes it a great location for a private outdoor wedding or family reunion. Beautiful Escanaba Beach at Lake Michigan is accessible, as well as a major snowmobile/ATV artery that will take you just about anywhere in the Upper Peninsula. There’s even a work-friendly space with BRAND NEW fiber 1 gigabit high-speed internet and a cell phone signal booster, so you’ll still have the accessibility of keeping in touch with the office. The living room features a 55″ Smart TV with live streaming apps for those popcorn-filled movie nights, and family game night is a piece of cake with a selection of playing cards, games and puzzles. The fully-equipped kitchen and laundry area give you all the necessities, with plenty of parking for all your vehicles, snowmobiles, and ATV’s.Once you’ve had your fill of the local events and activities and enjoyed the outdoors, you’ll be ready to rest your head. There are no housekeeping services during your stay, however a washer/dryer with laundry supplies is available. Please bring your own beach towels.• Parks: Ludington Park is only 10 miles away and has a big, beautiful kids’ playground with basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, walking/biking areas, and weekly live outdoor bands in the summer months.• Parking: There is PLENTY of parking. There’s a large empty back lot with a separate entrance, and room for your snowmobiles, ATVs or boats right outside the front/back door.• Pets: Dogs are accepted with prior approval, please email for details• Smoking: There is no smoking of any kind allowed in this home or breezeway.
