Private Salt Water Pool & Spa, WALK TO BEACH, near Bean Point, GROUND LEVEL.This family friendly beach house features cool tile floors, a 60″ flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi and YouTubeTV and fans in every room. Recently remodeled, there is a new metal roof and new windows to let the sun stream in.The living room includes a sofa and two large chairs with one ottoman. The round dining table seats six. There is an additional sofa in the lanai for those quiet mornings when you want to drink your coffee in peace while overlooking the pool. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you need to make fun meals with your family.The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an unusual “wave” headboard. Painted in all white, it is designed to let your mind rest and your body relax. This bedroom features a brand new Avocado mattress (voted 2020 #1 Consumer Reports mattress). This bedroom has a new master bathroom with shower and a new washer/dryer.The second bedroom has a new headboard and a king-size bed. The third bedroom has twin beds and a cozy rug for your feet. The second bathroom is between these rooms and has a large full shower with overhead and handheld showerhead.The backyard is fully landscaped with a 5 1/2 foot deep (at one end) salt water pool and an air bubble spa. There is also an outside faucet and hot/cold shower (to be enclosed in the fall). We have found it very handy for washing away the sand from the beach. We also provide 6 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There is a large beach cart, if needed, and ample private parking in front of the house.Perfect location: Highly desirable NORTH END location in the City of Anna Maria. Just 5 minutes to the beach, and easy walk to the bay side, and to Pine Avenue with all its stores and restaurants.
