We are centrally located between Uptown and West Sedona where you may quickly access the best restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails in Sedona.The house comfortably sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms with 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds, and 3.5 baths. There is a fenced dog run.This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood located in central Sedona. The house is at the end of the neighborhood and backs up to open space. There are a few neighbors nearby so please be respectful and follow quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. The home is a quick commute to Uptown, West Sedona, and the Village of Oak Creek. The location of the home is truly perfect to bypass a lot of tourist traffic during the busy season.Absolutely no parties. We have a noise ordinance from 10:00pm – 7:00am. Any disturbances will result in a fine that will be passed onto guests.Pet Fee is $150 per stay per pet for up to 1 pet. Dogs only, no cats. Dog must be well-behaved, potty trained, and up to date on vaccines.Pool is not heated November – February.
