Our home is centrally located with easy access to downtown Phoenix (20 min), & 15 min to the airport. Old Town Scottsdale is just 3.8 miles (7 min) away. Camelback Mountain is 5 miles away (10 min). Scottsdale Silverado Golf Course is only 5 min away. This home offers endless options for shopping, dining, entertainment, & outdoor activities.Our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, one story home, is perfectly laid out to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. For your comfort the home is cooled with central A/C as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom.Living Room: Sink into our large sectional couch and enjoy a movie/show on our Roku Smart TV or even enjoy a game of chess.Kitchen/Dining :The kitchen is fully stocked with items such as: pots & pans, cooking utensils, blender, coffee pot, cutting boards, wine opener, etc. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people, with 3 additional bar stools placed at the kitchen island. You will have access to the bar cart and wine cooler for your convenience.Master bedroom: This bedroom is the total package.Comes with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large soaking tub for relaxation and a walk-in shower. You will have access to the large walk in closet to unpack and organize your belongings. The room is equipped with its own smart TV, and outlets by each side of the bed for your convenience. Enjoy the upstairs loft to do some yoga or even read a book. Additionally, the bedroom is also equipped with its own office/desk area. Lastly, and to sweeten the deal, not only does the master bedroom have its own a/c system but it also has its own double doors to the backyard & direct access to the swimming pool.Guest Bedroom 1: Has a queen size bed and a gorgeous bay area window.Guest Bedroom 2: Has a queen size bed with a bonus space. Located in the closet are 3 airbeds with additional bedding. (3 Queens & 1 Twin)Guest Bedroom 3: Has a queen size bed. This is our “family friendly room”. For your convenience we have provided a playpen/crib, play mats, and a baby gate.Guest bathroom: Has a shower/tub combo.Backyard: Our private backyard is a tranquil oasis where you can relax and unwind while sitting at the patio dining table that can seat up to 6 people. Enjoy a game of corn hole or lounge by the pool on our amazing pool loungers. Our outdoor lighting creates a warm ambiance for those peaceful nights where you can relax and unwind under our covered patio with a glass of wine, roast some marshmallows by the cozy fire-pit, or even make some dinner using our outdoor wood fire grill.Pool: Enjoy our 8-foot dive pool with an attached basketball hoop. We are happy to provide you with several floaties for both small children & adults. Please refer to the “House Rules” section for the pool rules.Garage: The garage is not used for parking. However, it is equipped with: gym mats to do some at home workouts, 2 yoga mats, a foam roller, & a yoga ball. The Garage is also air conditioned for your comfort.Parking: We understand the importance of having a secure place to park your vehicle, so we provide access to up to 4 cars in the driveway.We welcome you to inquire about pets or any special accommodations. Swim at your own risk.-We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.-Toddlers must wear swim diapers.-Children under 14 must be supervised by an adultThe garage is not used for parking.We are not Liable for any injuries that occur on the property.Please do not set A/C bellow 70. This may cause the A/C to freeze up. If this happens you will be charged the service fee.When bringing pets that shed please be advised that any additional clean due to dog hair or damages will be charged separately.Please report any issues or damages within 3 hours of check in.
