The Shoreline boats 6 well situated bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, a private boat house (access to community boat launch), and over 200 feet of lake frontage with unobstructed views on 1 acre+ of land. Unlike many other comparable listings, this house is on a point offering superior privacy and serenity and not within a crowded cove. The Shoreline is laid out over 3 floors, which offers comfortable vacationing for a single family looking for peace and space, multi-generational families looking to spend time together on the lake or up to 3 families where each family can comfortably vacation on their own floor. Upon entering the home you will be met with unobstructed sweeping views of the lake. The main floor boasts an oversized stylish gourmet kitchen, large dining area, counter seating and living area with Restoration Hardware Cloud couch and a 2-story stone gas fireplace. The main level also has the first primary bedroom, again with sweeping views of the lake, a walk-in closet and private bathroom with dual vanity and separate toilet room. There is a second Queen bedroom on the main level with full bathroom, large laundry room and access to the 2-car garage that houses a ping pong table, spare freezer and lake toys. The main level walks out to an oversized Trex deck with Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining table, Weber Genesis grill and Blackstone griddle. Enjoy a relaxing evening and soak in the sunset on the private and expansive back deck. The second floor has a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large loft with office desk and twin sized day bed. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and a Jack and Jill full bathroom adjoined with a 2-twin bedroom. The lower level is the walk-out level to the lake. This level has a second utility kitchen with refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. The walk-out level also has the second primary bedroom, a bunk room that can sleep 4-6 comfortably, a large sectional for TV viewing and foosball table. The property itself has a slight grade down to the lake with over 200 feet of private lake frontage. There is a private boat house that can accommodate day boats or jet-skis, a sundeck, dining table, towel drying rack and ladder down into the lake. Feel free to utilize the lake toys, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards kept on site. There is also a fire pit, cornhole and other lawn toys for when lake time is over for the day. During the 2023/2024 off-season, The Shoreline has made significant investment in the landscaping and grading of the property to repair prior builder error and accommodate easy access to the lake. Lake Anna is a quick trip from the DMV, Richmond or Charlottesville, but also a new vacation destination deserving of attention for those travelling from further away. The private side of the lake is considered the “warm side” and extends the swimming and boating season by allowing for water access in April, May, September and October. Though lake water levels can vary, the warm side is a treat in the Spring and Fall. During the peak summer season, the private side is much less crowded than the public side because only owners/renters may access the lake, which makes for an ideal getaway. Though Mineral is a rural area, the Shoreline is about 1 mile from the local country store and well spaced from the shopping center and restaurants. A quick 5 mile drive to Coyote Hole for a fresh brewed cider and special event or a quick 7 mile drive to Callie Opie’s for fine dining in an exceptional setting. At the Shoreline, we prioritize cleanliness. In the off season, the home had a significant deep clean and the goal is for our renters to feel like they are in a new, fresh, clean and safe home.
