Located south Siesta Key with no busy streets to cross, it’s a leisurely stroll to the Gulf of Mexico and to Point of Rocks, the best snorkeling beach on the Key. There are many restaurants, lots of shopping, bike rentals, ice cream shops, beach equipment, etc., in a very beachy atmosphere. It’s very casual! Takes about a 5-minute stroll to get there. There is also a village grocery/deli, drugstore…just about anything you need. Just off the Key there are the usual big-name grocery stores for you to stock up for the week. This In-Law apartment offers a quiet, relaxing space for a goodnight sleep on a King size Bed with soft, fluffy bedding. Wake up to making breakfast in your own private kitchen. Or (many great breakfast restaurants down the road, if you prefer) Basically your own private oasis, Siesta Key offers so much to do and see. This unit offers you the opportunity of being on vacation, but living as a local with tranquility and serenity at the end of the day. Unit is stocked with basics necessities. Guest provide own food everything else I have covered. I provide 2 bicycles for guest to use on there stay. Unit has private washer and dryer (I provide detergent). Unit is upstairs and very private, and private entrance. No access to backyard or pool area. One parking space for one car only. I provide beach chair/towels.
