The person making the reservation must be staying at the property from arrival to departure.You must complete an agreement form with guest/vehicle list & upload a valid drivers license within 48 hours after placing the reservation. The agreement form link will be provided as you are completing the reservation or emailed shortly afterwards. If the agreement form is not completed correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not completed correctly, or if the house rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued.Rates are only guaranteed when payment is made in full and no alterations are made. Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. They collect and send video, sound and images. They are used during the remote arrival and departure.
