Downstairs is a comfortable living room with seating for 5 in place, a dining area, half bathroom, full kitchen featuring a skylight, and a sliding glass door leading into the backyard. The private back yard is a unique feature for a rental with an outdoor fan, dining table, and two lounge chairs all set in a carefully maintained garden space.
