The detached guest studio offers one full-size bed and one full-bath with kitchenette, its own washer/dryer, separate living area, open to a balcony with its own view of the water.Located just two miles from downtown Dunedin, one of America’s most walkable towns, on Florida’s west coast. This home sits just off the Pinellas Trail and the path along the intracoastal waterway. The bicycling/walking trail features breweries, restaurants and stops along the way. Dunedin & Clearwater are also home to MLB Spring Training of the Toronto Blue Jays and the Philadelphia Phillies and highly celebrated state parks, including Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island and the world famous Clearwater Beach. Also a short distance away is downtown Clearwater with art, culture, food and drinks. Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks make a fun-filled afternoon visit, as well.
