All with water views and steps away from a private beach. Step out of the house to a large deck which runs the width of the house. Here you can enjoy barbequing , outdoor dining and incredible views of the Great Peconic Bay.Step down off of this deck to a stone path which passes through a lovely garden area and ends up at another 15′ x 15′ deck. This deck is less than 50′ from the water. From here you can relax, eat, enjoy a refreshing cocktail, and soak up the sun, incredible views and all of the activities on the beach and bay.If you want to get even closer to the action. Just walk down the wooden stairway to the bulkhead patio. Here you can lounge just feet above the beach. This is the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful sunset (and happy hour) before you get ready for dinner.From here you are just steps from the beach itself. When you are ready just head down for a refreshing dip or a relaxing walk. Then set up your beach chairs, umbrella, and your cooler (of course) and enjoy beach life.
