Note: check lake levels before booking! Lake Travis is not a constant level lake and it rises and falls depending on rainfall amounts! Swim, float or bring your boat! House comes with use of private covered boat dock. The cottage sleeps up to 8 people. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a single futon sofa. The other bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. One of the lower bunk beds is a full size bed and the other 3 are twin size beds. Living room has a sleeper sofa as well. Cozy intimate cottage is perfect for a family. The entire space is full of light and the lakefront is in full view through the wall of windows facing west. The huge 3 acre lot has mature oaks and plenty of room to frolic! We have a beautiful porch overlooking the lakefront and inviting yard. We also have another 2 bedroom 1 bath house on the lot.Lake Travis is not a constant level lake, and Texas has sporadic droughts, therefore please take note that the lake level is NOT guaranteed. Please check lake level before booking!NOTE: Events/Parties, Holiday weekends and special events rent for a slightly higher rates. Wedding rates are also available.Number of guests and pets must be accurate and can be updated all the way till check in. If the number of people and/or pets is not accurate, the fee for extra people and/or pets will be doubled and charged.VIP Marina rents boats or jet skis and is popular with guests!If the water is too low for boats, Jones Brothers Park or Sandy Creek Park are great places very close by to launch boats from! Renting on the lake is the prescription for relaxation. We are in a drought in 2022, so while the main body of the lake is over 100 feet deep, we don’t have water at our place.
