You are steps away from the pier if you arrive by ferry and minutes walk to Provincetown restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and the beach. The unit has a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, free washer/dryer, living room that seats 4, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with rainfall shower and body jets, and bonus room with full-sized high-end sleeper sofa futon and sliding barn doors for privacy, not to mention a 60″ TV. This condo is perfect for singles or a couple, with space for an overnight guest (three keys are made available).
