When in season, take advantage of a full suite of 5 citrus trees for cooking and cocktails: lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit trees can be found on the property.Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced: there is no music outside, at all, at any time of day. People noise at a reasonable level is certainly allowed during the day. You should enjoy the pool and your friends/family. However, audible people noise must cease by 10 PM. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.Guest count is limited by the city to 6 overnight guests.
