PS Leverage offers two guest bedrooms that share a fully remodeled hallway bathroom with a shower/jaccuzzi tub combination and a built in Bluetooth bathroom sound system. The Master Suite offers a beautifully redesigned bathroom with large spa shower and an additional Bluetooth sound system.PS Leverage is conveniently located near the Palm Springs Airport and is well insulated with triple-pane windows and doors to ensure little or no airport noise. The location does offer some amazing aeronautical sites for those airplane enthusiasts! The home is conveniently located near many grocery stores and just minutes from downtown, yet far enough back to enjoy panoramic vistas.It should be noted the City has a vacation rental ordinances with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all (day or night) and there is a nightly sound curfew. It can be explained further before booking. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home.
