A well-stocked, generous island kitchen offers breakfast bar seating, loads of granite counter space and cabinetry. Start your meal prep here with ease then choose your dining destination: ample indoor dining, conversation dining on the front or al fresco dining under lights just off the kitchen. The front-loaded pool and cascading spa lap up those mountain views with multiple seating areas for casual reading or lounging in the sun. The pebble-bottomed free-form saltwater pool with tanning shelf will be where you spend considerable time or take a break and lounge for a little light reading (or napping.) The gas BBQ is conveniently located outside the living room sliders by the outdoor dining table for those sunset dinners. This re-imagined from yard is large, with a putting green, lots of play area with yard games and a new and large water feature to wash out the sounds of the outside world. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home offers great separation and privacy with one guest room right off the entry with it’s own en-suite bathroom. The master suite is on the opposite side, down the hallway, to the right offering directly pool access. Two other guest rooms are down the hallway on the right side and they share a hallway bath. All bedrooms have large flatscreen Smart TVs. This beautiful vacation rental is just minutes from historic downtown and the not-to-be-missed Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Experience the essentials of our special city, with its many spas, world-class golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, bars and night clubs in your home away from home. It should be noted the City has a vacation rental ordinances with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all (day or night) and there is a nightly sound curfew. It will be explained further at booking and feel free to ask questions. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home.
