The two Queen guest bedrooms share the gorgeously-tiled, spa-like bathroom just down the hall.The Pup Springs guest bedroom is a gallery of custom artwork and decorative touches that truly blend this home’s affection for our four-legged friends and all things Palm Springs. It has a queen bed as well, 40″ TV and ceiling fan and a slider that opens to a back patio near the grassy area and orchard. The True Master of the house is the delightful rear suite offering a Mid-Century modern furnishings including a writing desk, gorgeous new chaise lounge, 50″ TV and an incredible bath with oversized step-in shower and dual vanities. This Master also opens with double sliders to its own patio with sectional seating and additional chaise lounge and sideline views of the newly added four-hole putting green.The owners of this home are passionate dog lovers and will donate proceeds from their Palm Springs home to the local “Friends of the Palm Springs Animal Shelter”.This beautiful vacation rental is just a short drive or easy bike ridge to downtown Palm Springs (1.5 miles) with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries and a short drive to area casinos, spa resorts, tennis, golfing, museums and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. You’ll enjoy quick access to the airport, but surprisingly little airport noise. Sunrise Park is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home.
