This secluded and serene home located on the “Quietside” of Mount Desert Island offers one-level convenience and an open-floor plan layout with many recent renovations and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast bar with seating for four and separate Dining Room large enough to seat eight. Open-plan Living Room with a love seat with sliding glass doors to an expansive deck. To the left, off of the dining room, is a King bedroom with an en-suite Bath and tub/shower combination. On the opposite side of the house are the remaining three bedrooms: a Queen bedroom with en-suite Full Bath with shower only, a Bedroom with double bed, and a Bedroom with Bunk-Bed (single over queen). These four bedrooms share a Full Bath with a shower only.OUTDOOR SPACES: Spacious deck that is ideal for lounging and enjoying the sunshine (awning available).
