Description
This wonderful restoration is located in the heart of Old Town Key West. A 3 bd/3BA home just 3 blocks from Duval. Meticulously renovated to include bright and airy feeling of luxury. Great open feel with gourmet kitchen, outdoor living space, pool, outdoor kitchen with guest house. Decks, lush garden, privacy. A True peaceful retreatFor 2023 the home has been refreshed. We have added custom blinds in the guest house for additional privacy from the morning sun. We have repainted the entire home to keep it fresh and clean. The pool now can be heated if requested, as we added a pool heater. All new linens and duvets, rugs and some new pieces of furniture only to improve your comfort.There is a guest manual in the home please review it upon arrival as the house rules along with how to operate things are in the manualNo smoking in house, ashtray by pool for smoking.Please, do not leave the doors or windows open for more than the time required to enter or exit. As you know, Key West is an island in the Carib. As such, it can got very hot and very humid at times. The house has split unit A/C systems that are not capable of eliminating the humidity level in the home if the doors are left open for more than exiting or entering. We have installed two (2) commercial dehumidifiers that also work independently. However, the humidity will increase immediately and that can cause mold. We are notified of this and this is a violation of the house rules as it creates musty smell, mold and other health issues.***Pool can be heated for an additional charge of 150.00 per month. Please check water temp as most do not require the heat to be on & electricity is very costly**Parking is limited. Renting a car is not advised in key west unless you want to explore outer keys. There are many car rentals that you can use for the day or 2-daysDriveway has parked car with room for scooters, bikes or golf cart
