This beautiful home is 150 yards to the lifts and plaza – Purgatory Resort (formerly Durango Mountain Resort)Our stand-alone home has spectacular views all around.The deck or the balcony is a great place to just relax and enjoy the views or maybe even some wildlife with your family and friends.In the winter, the horses that pull the sleighs come right by the house and go down to the resort.Balcony House features 3 bedrooms with queen size beds.The master bedroom is huge with its own bath and a large walk-in closet. It is located on the main floor. Also on the main floor is the very spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms. The balcony is off the living room and there is a gas bbq on it.There is also a guest bath located just off the kitchen.The 2 guest bedrooms are located on the entry floor. There is a full bath on this floor, a family room with a wet bar and great views, a gas fireplace, and a TV.
