Spacious and artistic 1200 sq ft home nestled in open country mountainside. Gorgeous view of sunrise over the water, Hilo Bay, and Mauna Kea. Enjoy this time in nature yet only 5 miles to Hilo!Enjoy your morning coffee with the amazing sunrise over the ocean. There is usually a slight breeze blowing with nice trade winds. The house is surrounded by gorgeous views of nature. Horses and cattle are nearby. Peaceful, beautiful, and simple setting.Nearby is Akaka Falls, Onomea Scenic Route, Waipio Valley, and 1 hour drive to Volcano National Park.There is master bedroom facing ocean with a king size bed and a second bedroom with queen size bed. The living room has a couch fold bed and fold out king size bed.Note: The second bedroom is a walk through to the living room from the master bedroom. The master bedroom has access to the bathroom through a walk through closet and has access to living room/kitchen through the wrap around porch as well.A new third bedroom/shower/toilet has been added accessed from outside or master bedroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass top stove, new refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and 2 ovens.There is a smaller vacation rental next door and 2 tenants nearby on the property. Parts of the lanai are shared such as the entrance and parking area.
