Here are some details on this beautiful getaway:— You will have access to all the amenities in the community.— 1 bedroom and a living room.— 1 bathroom— 800 sq ft of indoor living space.— separate living room with Smart TV— SMART TV living room— Whole beach condo has WiFi throughout.— Pool is open-air and has direct OCEAN ACCESS— ROOM 1: The master bedroom has 2 queen beds and 2 closets.— Living room has ceiling to floor doors that open out to beautiful views.GREAT FOR GROUPS OF FRIENDS:The apartment is a great place to host a group of friends!— Jump in the Crystal clean pool right in the same building or enjoy direct access to the ocean.— The apartment has everything you need to have a fun gateway.Just a 30 to 40-minute drive to South Beach, and a 30 to 35-minute drive to Downtown Miami and Wynwood.OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)The extra fees that are not included in the price of your stay are the following:Parking1) Parking fees (subject to change)1 week (1-7 days): 75$2 weeks (8-14 days): 100$3 weeks (15-21 days): 125$4 weeks (21 days-31 days): 150$2) A Cash deposit for the parking permit of 20$ will be requested by the Tides’ guest office.At the end of your stay, when you return the parking permit to the guest’s office, you will get your 20$ cash deposit back.Key FobsElectronic key fobThe cost of activating a key fob is 30$ to be paid to the guest’s office in person.It is a cost, not a deposit. The key fob does not have to be returned at checkout.The purchase of a minimum of 1 fob per 2 adults is mandatory. If you are 3 or more adults, you will be required to buy extra key fobs.Fees1 to 2 adults = $30 (1 key fob)3 to 4 adults = $60 (2 key fob)5 to 6 adults = $90 (3 key fob)PS. According to the rules of the building, after the age of 14, the person is considered an adult.3) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)Online orders under your name and having your packages delivered to the condo are possible.
