This quaint and cozy cabin is available for ski lease this year, and would be the perfect fit for up to 4 adults and 3 kids. Situated on Northwoods Bvld, you’ll be in the prime spot for snow plow accessibility. This home is set back from the road and offers the convenience of being on the main road, but the feel of seclusion and privacy being set back in the woods.Enter the home into the main great room space. The great room is furnished with a large sectional couch (ottoman coming soon), rock framed gas fireplace and dining space for 6 (extra seats available). The kitchen is open and bright and offers plenty of counter and storage space. A large deck is accessed through a slider door off the dining room.Journey down the hall of this single level home to the bedrooms and bathrooms. A master bedroom with queen size comforts has an attached bath with a walk in stand up shower. Additionally, two more bedrooms are offered; a second queen bedroom and a kid’s bedroom furnished with a full/twin bunk. The second shared bath is equipped with a bathtub shower combo.We love the layout of this cabin! Other highlights include a flat driveway, level lot and a generous two car garage w/an air hockey table. You’ll be just minutes away from Tahoe Donner Cross Country and Downhill Ski Resorts, and equal distance to Squaw or Northstar.Four Bears Lodge is located in Tahoe Donner, the prime vacation rental community in Truckee. This property has access to the Trout Creek Recreation Center-where guests can enjoy a snow play area for the kids, year round pool, gym and fitness classes for a $20 day use fee. Also within the neighborhood is the Golf center and range, “The Lodge” restaurant and pub and “Z Market Place”; which sells beer, wine, liquor, breakfast, lunch and dinner deli items, along with convenience items for mountain living. Several other recreation options are available just a few minutes drive away, including a private beach and marina on Donner Lake (summer only), tennis courts and the Alder Creek Adventure Center; offering mt. biking, hiking and an equestrian center in the summer and cross country and skate ski areas in the winter. Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort is a perfect choice for families skiing with young ones or those new to the hill.Truckee downtown is just 10 minutes away, offering a variety of shops and restaurants.
