This location offers a wonderful vantage point to traveling anywhere in the valley with a quick 8 minute drive to the downtown super-bowl festivities. You may also explore the wonderful culinary scene and boutique shops that are just steps away. The VA hospital is less than 1/2 mile from the space as well as the nationally renowned Phoenix Children’s Hospital which is 2.5 miles away. Just out the front door is access to the Phoenix Canal trail. A path along the canal for walking, running and biking. This path extends 10-20 miles both to the East and to the West. Steel Indian park is a quick walk down the road and boasts a very friendly dog park. The Phoenix Light-rail Public transit is a short canal walk away and offers the ability travel from Phoenix to Tempe and beyond. There is a great neighborhood bar/restaurant that is a block away and is called McKinseys. The Space is half of a duplex and has its own side yard and carport. . The space has its own carport that may also be used as outdoor seating. Street parking is also allowed if that’s what a guest prefers. Attached to the carport is a washer and dryer. The kitchen inside has everything you may need to cook and serve meals. The bathroom boasts a walk in standing shower. Each bedroom is approximately 10x11ft with a small walk in closet. The main living area is modest but suitable for a small group of people. There is a smart tv with access to Netflix and all the other major streaming services.This place is a nice, quiet space in a great location to get where your plans take you in the valley. It’s no Ritz Carlton, but it has its charm and benefits. There is a ring doorbell to help keep the space protected and secure.
