This quaint family cottage has 120′ of private frontage on beautiful Torch Lake. Clear, Cold and Colorful describes Torch Lake and has been ranked as the third most beautiful lake according to National Geographic. The property is nicely landscaped. A creek runs along the north side. a dock with a platform and stair ladder into the water, a swimming raft, a deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. . Boat and Jet Ski rental available across the lake. Cottage is located at north end of lake on east side, featuring breathtaking sunsets from the deck! Torch Lake Sand bar is 15 miles to the south. Bathroom recently renovated. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and additional bedroom has two twin beds. Bedrooms on creek side, offering a pleasant and soothing lullaby to fall asleep to! New flooring added 2021.Golf Information: Located minutes from Antrim Dells, A-Ga-Ming, Shanty Creek, Schuss Mountain and Boyne Mountain.
