Off the living room are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds. The newly updated bathroom has a walk-in shower.New central air conditioning keeping the entire cottage cool and comfortable during your stay! There is a cozy sunroom with large windows and a ceiling fan to enjoy your favorite libation or just relax and read a book. There is also a all in one washer and dryer for your use!Outside you will find a patio with an outdoor dining table with an umbrella and New Webber grill for 2021! Also there is an enclosed outdoor shower offering hot and cold water – a Cape Cod tradition when returning from the beach!With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag contains 1 roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap and dish soap.
