Our quaint, beautiful duplex, built in 1924, is a spacious 1,000 square feet, with numerous windows allowing for plenty of natural light. The living area is a roomy and comfortable area to relax, read a book, take a nap, or watch a movie. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and mattress. The second bedroom has a twin day bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking convenience. A washer and dryer is available as well. Off the living area is a balcony where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine or just enjoy the character of the neighborhood.Our duplex is located in an urban neighborhood, two blocks from Dallas’ Lower Greenville Avenue. The duplex is centrally located to Downtown Dallas, Kay Bailey Convention Center, Perot Science Museum, Kyle Warren Park, the Dallas Arts District, Fair Park and the Cotton Bowl, Deep Ellum, the Baylor Hospital campus, American Airlines Center and Love Field Airport. The location is perfect for vacations or business travelers who prefer a home away from home. Within a quick two block walk are restaurants, a bakery, grocery stores, pizza shops and shopping.
