Outside, you’ll be treated to a private, enclosed back yard for grilling, dining outdoors, or just enjoying the fresh air.What’s nearby:With plenty of wonderful beaches, hiking trails, and the state park right in town, you can have a great time without getting in the car. However, everyone loves to go to the Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park which is less than 30 miles north. This park offers over 100 miles of incredible hikes among the redwoods, and be sure to check out Fern Canyon, Lady Bird Johnson Grove, Big Trees, the Cork Scree Trees, and Big Tree, to mention just a few of the attractions in and around the park.Things to know:Free WiFiFull kitchen* This home is to be used strictly as a single-family residence. No special events or weddings allowed. Additionally, the non-smoking status of the house must also be observed on the property.** Per city ordinance, this home requires that Vacasa arranges a Meet & Greet between guests and the local staff. During the Meet & Greet, you will review Trinidad’s ‘Good Neighbor’ policy and receive important information regarding the home (entry code, amenities, etc.)Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
