Take in ocean views from nearly all interior spaces.Settle into the 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with queen beds. Two of the three bedrooms are oceanfront, so you’ll wake up to the sunrise over the beach. Each bedroom has access to a spacious, full bathroom. Bedroom one and two share the jack and jill bathroom on one side of the home. The second bathroom is a jack and jill between the third bedroom and the laundry room.As you enter the home, you’re greeted with ocean views and the open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve your family meals. Grill out on the gas grill. Eat at the dining table, or there is additional seating at the kitchen island. Big, comfy furniture allows for relaxation while gazing out on the ocean, or watching the big, flat screen TV. Conveniently located off of the kitchen is a large laundry room with a full size washing machine and dryer.Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island and walk to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach – a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Get unique souvenirs while supporting local businesses at the quaint beach stores, or the Folly Beach Farmers Market and the Art Market, which take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays.Downtown Charleston is only a 25 minute drive away.
