Private Bay Beach/Ocean in the well loved Beach Point area of Truro, MA – a very desirable location. You have to experience the Outer Cape. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER AND PERFECT ATMOSPHERE.Clean, bright and comfortable interior. Newly painted. The cottage has two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other bedroom has a bunkbed with a full size on the bottom and a single on top. Each full size bed has four pillows. Cottage sleeps five. NO SMOKING inside the cottage. Smoking allowed outside on the property.Cottage has a full kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, four burner gas stove with an oven, cooking utensils, microwave, waffle maker, coffee maker, ice blender, toaster, popcorn popper, TWO flat screen TVs (one in kitchen/living room and one in a bedroom), cable, internet, FREE wifi, gas heaters, ceiling fan, window fans, no AC, small grass lawn, picnic table w/umbrella, lawn chairs, charcoal grill, and a safe off the street parking lot. Parking is limited to TWO vehicles. No boats, trailers or campers.The Outer Cape area has much to offer: shopping, sight seeing, hiking/bike trails, bike rentals, array of restaurants, salt/fresh water fishing, fishing charters, golf, drive-in theater, flea markets, art galleries, antique shops, nature walks and a Winery.You need to bring bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels and beach towels. Bedspreads, blankets, and pillows are provided.YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH OUR QUAINT SEASIDE COTTAGE. We have owned it since 1979. Many guests return year after year.
