Off of the kitchen on the lakeside is an enclosed porch area, a perfect spot for morning coffee. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. Sheets and towels are included. Step out the porch door to a spacious deck with a perfect area to relax and grill. There is also a separate laundry room. 1 well-mannered pet is welcome.Outdoors is a big grassy lawn area that walks down to your own private spot on the lake. You can sit on the deck and watch the kids play in the lake. There is a fire pit located close to the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a grill round out the comfort for outdoor fun. Walking distance to the grocery store and a couple of restaurants. A peaceful neighborhood is a perfect location to get away from it all. Elk Rapids is about 20 minutes from Traverse City.
