This quaint cottage has a kitchen-dinning area with granite counter tops, a living room with an open out couch, two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Waterviews from the bedroom with the queen size bed. The bathroom features a granite counter top with a stand up shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your use in the cottage. Amenities in this rental include: Sheets, pillow’s, blankets, towel’s (including beach towels), flat screen tv’s with DVD player’s and Wireless Internet Service. There are 20 cottages located on the Wellfleeter property. There is a staircase on the Wellfleeter property which leads down to a 400 foot private beach area. Walking distance to the following is about a 10 -15 minutes: center of town, public tennis courts, community playground, local restaurants, live theatre and all of the Wellfleet Harbor’s amenities. It is a 10 minute car ride to Wellfleet’s fresh water ponds and spectacular ocean side beaches.This is a non-smoking cottage, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
