With 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, it comfortably accommodates a group of friends or a small family.Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home, and that parties or gatherings over and above the stated maximum # of allowed guests, are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $250 fee.Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a fee of $50/hour.We live less than 15 minutes from this home, and make sure that someone is available to assist our guests – whether it be ourselves or someone in our network of professionals that is equipped to handle guest needs as they arise.This home is located in a diverse, working class neighborhood. The general area has seen tremendous growth and investment – many homes have been recently renovated like ours, while others are still in need of renovations. If you are not comfortable with this, and feel as though this type of location may negatively impact your review, we kindly ask that you do not book our home. Please also note that North Charleston is home to lots of trains, planes, and automobiles.
