Boating, off-roading, fishing, hiking trails, you will find it all and can do it all in the same day.Immerse yourself in the desert river life at this newly refurbished, 3 bd, 2 1/2 bath, clean custom home.Our short term or long term homestead comes with a boat slip that you will conveniently find adjacent to the Rio Loco Bar and restaurant just a short distance away. Starlink WiFi. Washer&Dryer just a few amenities that will come in handy. My family and myself have been frequenting the river for close to 20 years and have made lifelong friendships on the water.
