The detail oriented quantum design, industrial finishes and simplicity of the black and white color scheme mixed with pops of blue will bring your vibration to the optimal frequency. This loft is truly an experience of excellence in habitation. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:30 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. No refunds given if bugs are seen.There is a train that runs near this home, you may hear the train at times but the horn does not usually blow.Pets are allowed. 25 pounds or less, the pet fee is $25 per night per pet. 26 pounds and over, the pet fee starts at $50 per night per pet. Please let us know if you want to bring a pet at the time of booking. Once booked, we will require a $250 pet cleaning deposit fee on the day of reservation. Refundable on the check-out day if no damage or excessive animal fur in the space. Also, we will require a picture of the pet.For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee.Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet’s waste.
