This beautiful Marco Island home is 1/3 mile from the beach and the JW Marriott. An easy 5 minute walk. The house features a large, and heated pool with private, large screened lanai. The pool feature salt systems. There is a privacy fence between the pool and the neighbors in the back (hard to find in Marco!!).The home has been completely updated. The large, open kitchen has new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The home features two living areas. The family room has a 4K Ultra High Definition Smart TV, cable, free high speed internet, DVD player and large built-in bar. Front sitting area is large and bright for relaxing, reading, playing board games or conversation. All the main living areas and kitchen have beautiful travertine floors. The master bedroom has a deluxe king size mattress and has slider from the master bath to the pool and lanai. All the flooring in the 3 bedrooms have been recently updated with gorgeous ceramic tile. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The master bath has new cabinets, double sink, granite and large shower. The Lanai, outside of the house and pool deck were just recently painted. There is a Weber grill for outdoor cooking. Cooler, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys and wagon are all provided for your convenience. Just bring your sunscreen!Please note:1. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 adults.2. It is unlawful for a convicted Sex Offender to occupy this residence.3.
