This apartment has a very nice layout with spacious rooms throughout. There are refinished hardwood floors throughout, an updated, modern bathroom, ample bedrooms 10×15 in size and great closets in both bedrooms. This entire apartment was renovated 3 years ago with all new windows and all new mechanics. There is a nice, private laundry room in the basement that is solely used by this unit.
