Description

2 bedroom townhouse type duplex house there are 2 bedrooms with large landing along with the bathroom upstairs. Bathroom has just been totally updated to make more functional. One bedroom has 1 twin bed and one full size bed. The other has a king size bed. There is a futon on the landing. On the main floor there is a living room with a T.V. couch and love seat. There ia a dining room with a kitchen table and chairs to seat six. The kitchen is fully stocked with frig, stove and microwave. Along with pots and pans to cook and plates and silverware to eat with. Kitchen has been updated with a dishwasher. A clothes washer and dryer in the basement. I have tried to include everything thing that you will need for your stay unless you have a favorite blanket or pillow. there are sheets blankets pillows towels, . The back yard faces a wooded ravine, nice and quiet, almost in another world. There is a table and chairs out there to enjoy resting in the evenings. Along with gas grill and a fire ring.You are close to everything South Haven has to offer. Internet and cable with lots of chanels and a Roku t.v. Up stairs to enjoy. There is all new interiorpaint. A window air down stairseven though it stays prettycool with all the shade trees. Upstairs there is a window air-in the master bedroom and another air conditioneron the landing upstairs.
