Duckbow Properties, A quiet building with a great view of the intercoastal waterway. The master bedroom has a slider that opens to the water, you can sleep with the fresh air and wake up to the sunrise if you like. We have two pools and a tennis court to keep you active. you can fish in the lagoon or from our pier in the bay. There is a free trolly that runs the length of the island.”Please be aware that the condo association requires a rental application. The application fee is $100 if you have not rented at Sunbow Bay in the past. I will reimburse your fee when you stay.”
