This condo has a great view of the water and is a short drive to beaches, nature trails, art and culture, and restaurants and dining. You will love my home because of the front balcony overlooking Tampa Bay where you can watch the sun rise and see it’s reflection in the water. Some days it’s hard to leave the balcony because it’s like having your own private aquarium – you will often see dolphins swimming by and pelicans feeding. We’ve also enjoyed observing manatees and stingrays.This is an updated two bedroom condo with a new king sized bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the other. The balcony extends the entire width of the condo and can be accessed through sliding glass doors from the living room and both bedrooms. Other rooms include two full bathrooms, a modern kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a washer and dryer in the second bathroom. Amenities include a flat screen TV in the living room and spacious closets throughout. Residents have access to an outdoor swimming pool.This condo is located in a quiet community where the majority of our neighbors are year round residents. It is a friendly, but quiet community and well suited to couples and also to solo adventurers (a maximum of four guests) and is not suitable for children (0-12 years.)This home is available for a minimum of three months rental.
