You are ten minutes away from Cortez fishing village which offers fresh catch at the markets or prepared in several fun family restaurants. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Downtown Bradenton is 10 minutes away; Sarasota is 20 minutes away. Stay in this comfortable relaxing home surrounded with shade from native trees and foliage. Enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the recently enclosed lanai. The patio has a Weber gas grill, outdoor seating, herb garden, copper fire pit, koi pond and fountain.Enter the home from the lanai through the French doors to an open style living room. Between living room and kitchen is the dining area with comfortable seating and table for four.
