The deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine, and is equipped with a pair of Adirondack chairs and a grill for our guest’s use. To the right of the front door is a sunroom fully furnished for relaxing on Island time.Inside the villa, you’ll find a spacious living room area with ample seating (and a pull-out couch), TV and some books. In this open floor plan, the fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your other kitchen needs. There is also a table, counter stools, and a desk area with a strong WIFI signal for those who may need to work remotely. A washer and dryer is conveniently located off the hallway for the convenience of our guests.WINTER MONTHLY RATES ANDLONG TERM RENTAL RATES AVAILABLE!!! PLEASE INQUIRE FOR MORE DETAILS!!As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $40 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver’s name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver’s license when at the gate.
