Description
Welcome to your Cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cabin centrally located everything: slopes, restaurants and the downtown village. This property has updated modern appliances, natural lighting throughout and huge fireplace to watch your favorite film while cuddling up with your loved ones. Upstairs has a queen bed and chair that folds out to futon with 1/2 bath. Bring your dogs as we have an enclosed gated front and backyard! Surrounding by Pine Trees in a very charming neighborhood; you will experience all that Big Bear has to offer!Pets: As a reminder, there is a $60 pet fee per dog (max 3). Please keep dogs off furniture and beds and in a crate if you leave the premises. In addition, leave the dog in the crate when leaving the premises. Always keep dogs close by and on leash at all timesTrash:Trash breakdown: (Black Cart) Please only include household trash, food taste, food containers, animal waste (bagged), lightweight plastics and styrofoam, & clothing.(Blue cart) Flattened cardboard, paper & paperboard, newspaper & magazines, aluminum, tin & lightweight metals, glass bottles & jars & cartons.(Non accepted curbside) Electronics or batteries, dirt, rock, constructive debris, & hazardous wasteFireplace: complimentary bundle of wood is provided per stay.Thermostat: Set to desired temperature and back to 65° when check outKitchen Cleanup: Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill charges of $100.Spa: Please rinse off before using Spa (prevents oil and makeup build up).Turn spa up to desired temperature and back to 95 when finished. If water is murky, we will have to do a dump and fill which will be $175 extra charge. In addition, please make sure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly. (If applicable)Snow Removal: Shovel and salt are provided per property. Please use it accordingly.Plow services will come during or after 3″ of snow.
