The area is whisper quiet and lots of street parking. because of this we DON’T ALLOW LOUD GATHERINGS or PARTIES or SMOKING (we are in a hillside fire zone). I depend on my neighbors to allow me to continue hosting. The light is amazing and you can see out to the trees and hills from the living room and bedroom windows. tons of humming birds, large hawks, butterflies as well as fruit trees you are welcome to pick from.I’m also not the type of host to make you do all the cleaning :)the SOLAR POWERED guest suite is the bottom floor of our house with 9 foot ceilings and lots of window and light. you have two PRIVATE ENTRANCES from the side of the house that also lead to the private back yard area with a patio lounging set up with gas grill.The BEDROOMS are large with queen sized beds. One bed has a premium organic latex mattress and the other is a sleep number mattress where you can dial in the firmness on either side. I have a large assortment of pillows of various firmness you can choose from for your comfort as well as many extra clean sheets.Each room has its own desk and chair (one is an aeron chair) and FAST WIFI set up if you are working from the space.CLIMATE CONTROL: you have your own dedicated heat and air conditioner controlled by a NEST thermostat, although you probably won’t need itPARKING: street parking is always available right across the street.Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $1500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.there is a large closet in one of the bedrooms with clothes hangers and a dresser. Inside the closet are a WASHER+DRYER you are welcome to use as well as an extra sink and mirrorIn the living room we have ample seating as well as a smart TV with netflix, hulu etc. i have a stereo set up with a record player and a bunch of fun VINYL RECORDS from Thailand, india, brasil etc. there is a microwave, toaster, lots of coffee making options, hot water kettle, compact fridge/freezer.THERE IS NO FULL KITCHEN but you do have access to the gas bbq grill outside and i do have an induction cooktop, microwave, toaster and all the cooking supplies you could want if you plan on doing some simple cooking (let me know in advance – so i can supply you with what you might want or need)*ALSO NOTE: THE BATHROOM is part of one of the bedrooms. please see the floor plan in the photos to see the layout.Registration numberHSR21-001697See more
